This company came out in the winter and repaired my furnace that went fine. When they repaired it in the Spring, the installation was a disaster, we kept getting water and my subfloor is ruined. It needs to be replaced, they are pretending they do not know what I talk about when I contact them. Mr. Thompson actually, Mr. Nealy said they would repair it. My floor is moldy, soft, weak. I am still getting the run around with them claiming I have to contact the home warranty company when NO it is secondary damage that is their responsibility. This has been a horrible experience!
