Do not hire these people they are total criminals. They tried to put their travel expenses on our invoice. Liars and their workmanship is the worst I have ever seen in my life and I have been in the building trades for over 15 years.

We hired Mr. Liparoto to pour our basement for us after speaking with him several times & going to his work sites to have a first hand look at his work. He said all the right things & the basements we looked at were done well. As the job progressed we soon found out they were not as equipped to do a "custom" home as we were led to believe and that they were more equipped to do the "cookie cutter" type homes they always did in their subdivisions. Mr. Liparoto's son even stated he needed to fabricate forms due to the fact that they hadn't done a job like ours in a long time. This being said, there were issues that followed such as our being told by the building inspector to have a structural inspection done on the basement walls to make sure they were structurally sound. There were other issues also, issues that led to our having to pay a lot more money for the building of our home because Mr. Liparoto made decisons with out consulting with us first and also by his not following our blueprint. He was constantly telling us one thing & then when it came time to do it either it was stated he never said it or it would cost more money. We have tried to contact Mr. Liparoto via email & by phone numerous times yet he will not respond. I didn't want to even give them a one star rating but I had to in order to continue with the review. If you would like a "cookie cutter" home built the way Mr. Liparoto wants to build it at your expense, by all means hire him to do so. Yet if you want a "custom" home built the way you want it to be built with a builder who respects your decisions and rights then I URGE you to seek another builder. This was and still is an ongoing nightmare & I only want to spare anyone else from having to go through a similar experience with Liparoto Construction.
