My husband and I rented a 10x10 space yesterday afternoon. They have us an option of buying their lock or bringing one of ours. We told them we would bring ours, we have several. They told us they were taking their lock off right then. We told them to make sure they did because that day and the next day is the only days we had to move. Well....we come back with our stuff and the lock is not removed, they won't answer the phone or emails. No way to get a hilt if anyone. Now we're screwed. We are two people that work 12 hr days and are tired when we get off. Not to mention how they go on and in about them being so "easy" to get a holt of if you need them. Don't rely on these people if you have to move right away.
