Monday 6/11,dropped off Dolphin-in-ground pool cleaner for maintenance and replacement parts. Also requested upgrading all existing pool equipment; heater, filter-cartridge and wireless control-panel. Quoted me about $6,500, said he would follow up with me on Wednesday. I finally checked back in on Friday for status; said he forgot to order the parts and schedule home visit for new equipment. Still no follow up or progress 8 days later. Went back to store today, picked up my Dolphin cleaner, cancelled all the other work for new equipment etc. What an absolute JOKE and a complete WAISTE OF TIME!

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I came in to find out more information on the green egg grill. Would recommend for all your pool needs and more!!!

I went into the Rockwall location to get supplies and a new pool robot. Their Dolphin 200 was too expensive so I did not purchase it. The next day, the salesperson calls to say they have a demo unit with hardly any hours in it that they would sell me for $300. I agree and drive back to the store (20 miles) and buy a robot for $300. 3 days later, the sales person calls and explains that the person at the store gave me the wrong demo unit and asked if I could bring the one they sold me back to the store and get the other robot cleaner. I agreed as it was an honest mistake. When I get back to the store to swap out the robot, I am told that someone accidentally sold the demo robot that I was supposed to get but that they would sell me the one I just turned back in for $100 off retail. ($200 more that I can buy it online). The service at this store is pathetic. I will never do business here again.

Repeated parts replaced and charged but problem remains. Spoke with office and she told me find another company if I didn't like it. She needs serious Customer Service Training.

great service and great pricing-- they have been servicing our salt water pool for 6 years and we have also gotten great deal on a 6 person spa !!!

This place is definitely my favorite place to shop for pool supplies. If i ever decide to have a pool built i know exactly where i would go! Definitely recommended if you want great service and awesome prices!

always nice and can answer any questions... they are willing to go out of their way to help with anything. One thing that makes them so great is they specialize in everything from pool maintenance to building and remodeling. If you have pool needs or questions I wouldn't recommend any other place!
