Lee Ann took fabulous care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure our home plans were precisely what we wanted, and had lots of creative tips and advice for common mistakes. As first-time home builders, she patiently walked us through the entire process, then left the contact line open if we needed any help throughout the build process. On top of all that her prices and turnaround times were by far the best in the area.

Lee Ann was awesome. My wife and I are first time custom home builders and went to Lee Ann with what we thought was the 95% solution for our dream retirement home. She commented on some really good aspects of our plans but pointed out flaws we would have never seen. With every potential issue, Lee Ann was able to come up with one or more solutions on the spot a majority of the time. She responds quickly to inquiries, and has made it clear on a number of occasions that once she delivered the plans and we paid her, she would still be available to help with any questions or concerns we might have. Would highly recommend her!

Would give 6 stars if I could. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Answered every question within minutes, every step of the way, even late in the evening. She made changes without hesitation in order for us to stay in budget and did it all in about two weeks, due to us being held hostage with a previous architect and being way behind schedule before we even met with her. Highly recommend. You will not be dissatisfied.
