Terrible experience. Couldn't maintain a schedule. Was not professional. Installed several pieces of equipment incorrectly. Would not come out to verify the equipment was not working correctly and that it was installed wrong.

Let me start this by saying Im a very hard person to please and Mr. Cullen did impress me. Never would I have imagined this pool turning out the way it did. Mr. Cullen listened to us, asked great questions to make sure he knew what we wanted. He kept us informed every step of the way. We had no issues or problems before, during and after construction. They are easy to get a hold of and I feel like we are not just customers, but friends for life. I was scared at first but now Im in love with his artistic work. His son was also involved and very professional through the process. I will give a piece of advice let the man do his job and just wait for his creation to take place.
