am so grateful to Jason for going above the call of duty to assist me in selecting tile for my new bathroom. I had a horrible experience with a bathroom addition "gone wrong" and it was a huge help to have Jason guide me through the processs of picking out tile for multiple surfaces. The final product is stunning. He took the time to understand my taste, he stayed within budget, and he made wonderful suggestions for placement and design. He even stayed at the store after closing to make sure I received the help I needed. I had been to the Chantilly location a couple of times, but found that the Rockville store has much better selection and far superior service.
