Adrian of Factor Appliance has become my go-to provider for appliance repairs. I will never again wait in a 6 - 8 hour window for a large corporation's employee to arrive, only to have them tell me they don't have the right material, tool or piece to complete the job and will need to return at another date; or conduct a simple repair that only takes 5 minutes, but charge $150 because "that's the minimum fare".



Adrian was not only efficient, he solved a problem that was plaguing my W/D for weeks and also solved an even larger problem that others claimed was usual (my dryer seemed to kick out a lot of lint) and the manufacturer's employee said that was normal. When Adrian got in and physically moved the unit, he saw the exhaust wasn't secure and lint was escaping. In addition to his expertise, his helpful and friendly nature made the entire experience enjoyable - which is far from typical. He is reasonably price, explains everything he's going to do before he does it and gives an estimate (both money and time) upfront.
