I took advantage of BuyBuyBaby's price match feature. After three weeks I still only received half of the refund I was promised. I called back several times and even had an email and a voicemail confirming the full refund was on its way. After three weeks and countless time on the phone (mostly on hold) a manager told me the representatives I spoke to were wrong and they should have called me back but not to worry she would "coach them for me." No apology, no refund, nothing. Just a waste of a soon-to-be mother's time. They clearly do not care about their customers.

This place has two levels and carries most anything you could be looking for. The biggest setback is that it is in the middle of Rockville on the Pike, so be prepared for traffic.
