Fast Service called them late Saturday night for a flooded basement they pumped out my basement and solved my problem thank God for these courageous plumbers! Highly recommend these plumbers!

Called them for a clogged exterior gutter drain. They are using VALHALLA SEWER AND DRAIN as their new name - same scam.



The access was simple from the driveway. They sent me two guys who don't even really work for them. The guys spent less than 20 minutes to snake this very simple PVC pipe and the mud came out. They then hit me with a $415 for a check or $375 cash. I paid the cash because what could I do at that point. The woman at the company told me that it would be about $200 to snake and that they would let me know the cost before they do any work. I was overcharged by about $200 for a 20 minute job. When I called to complain she said that they start at $200 and it goes up depending how hard the job is. I explained to her that they basically drover their truck up to the drain and never even had to go in the house. She said there is nothing she could do. Dishonest company and people -- stay away or you will be over charged like I was.



The address on the website is a Gay Bar in VALHALLA -- you can't make this up -- run for the hills if Steve shows up!!!
