There has been a dog on a chain tied to a tree about a block from house. I have checked on it and has always had water and doesn’t look under feed. This morning was about 45 outside and raining. The dog had no shelter from cold or rain. I called animal control was told they are aware of dog and they would make sure to check on it immediately. I checked about an hour later and there was a dog house for the dog. They had contacted the owner and got a dog house delivered within an hour. Great job.
