Last July I brought a can of paint to the Rockland, Ma.Home Depot so they could use their color match system to mix another gallon of exterior paint. The person that mixed the color mixed the wrong color grey. Of course I didn't realize it was the wrong shade until it dried. The color isn't even close. I recently, brought the paint back and asked for the correct color to be mixed for me. I was told by the customer service rep that they wouldn't give me credit because it was from July. Who cares, your tech mixed the wrong color - why should I have to pay for incompetence no matter what month the wrong color paint was mixed in. They won't get another try - I'll be going to Lowes for all my future DIY projects. Well played Home Depot
