Rude, pushy and disrespectful.
I was told what I wanted done was "boring and I should pick something trendy".
then she stopped working on my nails several times to shop online with her
co-worker.
when I gave her my debit card to pay for my" service" she asked for a "cash tip"...
scene when did tips become automatic instead of being eared!?
And what's the deal nail salons putting up signs and verbally asking for cash tips!!!

This is a terrible place to go! My 4 daughters went there before my oldest daughter's wedding. 1 had to come home and file her nails because 2 of them were crooked. The bride repainted her nails because they did such an awful job on them. And to top it off, 2 of them were charged an extra $20 without an explanation why (which put it over $50). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

The worst customer service ever! The lady that filled my nails talked on the phone half the time and didn't say one word to me the other half. Talked in a different language to the rest of the staff while doing my nails. Extremely rude... After all of that she still expected a tip. They lost a customer is all I'm saying. Would never go back again. Nails look terrible too.

Lyn and the girls are great. I can get a full set or fill I under 30min. Love it!

Seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I brought my sister and her bridal party here this past weekend, thinking we could just get inexpensive basic mani and pedi services. As soon as we arrived, we were totally rushed to pick out nail colors. They told my mom to put her feet in a foot sink that was totally discussing and dirty, one of the girls' water was cold and she repeatedly asked if they would warm it up but they never got it hot for her. My pedi literally took 10 minutes. They didn't do my cuticles, my nails were different lengths, uneven, there was nail polish all over my skin, she did not remove my calluses or ask if I wanted her to, and I got a massage for 15 seconds that was hardly even a tickle. Multiple people in the group were so unhappy with both services! The worst part was, it wasn't even cheap like we were expecting. I still tipped my girl 20% and she didn't even thank my, she was on her phone when I handed to to her. Don't waste your time or money here

Great place and wonderful job on my nails
