Great salon! For the first time ever I have a stylist. I never liked a place or anyone well enough before to say that. Everyone that currently works there is friendly and knowledgeable.

I went here on a whim and let me just say next time I will just wait til my regular stylist is available. All I wanted was a trim and the girl did not get that. She cut off almost 4 inches!!!! She claimed my hair "needed" it but I get a trim every 4 weeks. I said I didn't really want layers, just a little at the end so it moves nice. Nope it's full of layers. Then she wanted $25 for it! That's just the one stylist. The back door was open and people were outside smoking and the wind was blowing it in to the building (I am a non smoker and the smell or smoke makes me sick) so I had to sit through that. Plus I could hear someone in the other room talking about her date with some "well equiped man". I just cannot believe the service. I felt like I was at some sorority house or something! I will never return and I have told everybody about my terrible experience.
