Mr. Kuehne apologizes profusely for his unprofessional attire, but all the professional attire and a degree in horticulture doesn’t make up for an unprofessional work ethic. He gave me a business card with an email account that’s not valid. Then, after I talked to someone named Jeff, who gave me a valid email, I learned that Mr. Kuehne likes to do things at his own pace. While he did make a good show of taking measurements and suggested lawn treatments and whatnot, he failed to follow through with an actual quote. After a month of his games, I’ll take my money elsewhere! Oh, I did talk to a reputable landscaping supply company regarding how long it should take to do a quote, they said it shouldn’t take more than a week.
