As a mental health professional in the Rockford, Illinois community for over 30 years, I have never seen morale among nurses and doctors any lower. It is a well known FACT that the executive management team enjoys 5 figure cash payouts in a self-congratulatory environment. This organization is rotten at the top, and it starts with Mr.Gary Kaatz.

this provider accepts medicaid patients, however if you have been a patient @ JWattels they will not take you unless you have JWattels send all your paperwork to them to review & then they will review your files to see IF they will accept you as a patient. the representative i spoke to on the phone stated that JWattels is sending all their ptnts to them because they can't handle the load. i explained that is the exact reason we are looking for a different provider on our own, not being sent by JWattels. she stated they simply can't take JWattels patients.FRUSTRATING.
