Provided by YP.comWent to her in December. RUDE, RUDE receptionist! Wanted a full skin check, which I did not get! Was told they took my insurance, they do but did not tell me they were Tier 2 so I ended up with a 300.00 out of pocket for this Quack to stand in front of me , never touching me, or examine my skin with her assistant typing in medical charge codes to bill me the doctor was rattling off to her. I never got answers to my questions, just told to stay out of the sun without sunscreen. Really! Stay away , there are better dermatologists in Rockford. You live and learn, with an expense sometimes and I guess I made her car payment that day:(
