I would recommend this clinic to any animal owners. Dr. Wilder completed removal of a huge fat tumor surgery on my dog with a great success. The price for services was honest and affordable. I am going back to the clinic very soon with my two dogs.

I went there with my twelve year old yorkie in need of medical attention not knowing it was the end of the line for her. They kept me in a separate room and let me pay in that room before we had to put her down. I was a mess losing her and I thought they were very professional and answered all my questions

I am severely disappointed. We have been using Hillcrest for years to keep our animals healthy, and they have been great to us. However, after falling on hard times and having our cat become ill, we found out that they dont care about the animal itself. Just the money behind it. We took our cat in, explained up front that we were unable to pay the full bill, but that we would be able to pay in installments and were told "Sorry, we can't help you". It's good to know that our animals do not mean anything other then a means to getting into our wallets. Please, do yourself a favor and find a vet that at least cares, instead of pretending to.

horriable

I had to put my cat down that I have had since I was 12 yrs old . I am now 24 . I was in the room for over an hour and half . During that time no one came in to get my debit card to pay . After the process , I had to stand in line with my dead cat ! Balling my eyes out . She was wrapped in a blanket and I asked the woman up front if I could please pay . She told me no . She said " there are people Before you ". Then I stated " yea , not with a dead cat. In their arms "! Then she helped me . As I was in line my cats fluids were coming out and onto my clothes . When I left and clamed down I called back and spoke to the manager . She acted as if it nothing was wrong . Very unprofessional . Makes you wounder how your loved ones are being cared for behind close doors . Please do not take your animals here . All they care about is your money not the care nor health of your pets .

this is the cleanest vet's off...

this is the cleanest vet's office that I have ever been in. Dr.s & nurses are very good at dianoising my dog's condition, fixed it up & gave me medicine for my shiz tsu. I also would like to mention that the fees that they charge are very reasonable.

great place

I started taking my dog there because it was reasonably priced. I live in st. charles, about an hour away. Ive been takng my pets there ever since. They are terrific. Very knowledgable. Surgery skills are outstanding. I had my Min Pins ears clipped there and I have never seen a dog with such beautiful ears, and at half the cost of the local vets. Now she is having pups and I am still taking her there, and will take the pups there. Be prepared to wait as no appointment is needed. The wait is worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM DR. MARY!If your looking for heartless, rude and snappiness from your vets come here

i WOULDN'T EVEN RATE THIS PLACE A 0/5 STARS!!! I'M SURE THAT I AM ONE OF MANY WHO BELIEVES THAT HELLCREST SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THE ONLY WAY FOR THEM TO IMPROVE IS TO FIRE MARY AND SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. THAT PLACE WOULD BE MORE BENEFICIAL IF IT WAS A REAL VET CLINIC. my dog meant everything in the world to me and out of my family, i was the closest one to him. He survived being hit by a car but was in critical condition when we brought him to HELLCREST. I asked my dog's vet MARY twice about his treatment at HELLCREST and each time she SNUBBED ME OFF by HARDLY ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. On the third day since the accident, my dog still had no signs of getting better. So I had a meeting with MARY. This RUDE, POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING actually started a CONFRONTATIONAL FIGHT over me asking what i would need to get for him to come back home with me so he could pass away at home. she flat out said "I'm not going to talk about that bc you have already asked me this". She acted l

They are rude

I would never take my animals to Hillcrest again because they are very rude and they don't seem to know what they are doing, There was this lady that has short blonde hair that works there, don't ask me what she does, but she isn't a doctor. She was very rude and oh can i say this B - - - - -. i don't know how they can have her there? They must be losing money and if she was rude to me then she must be mean to the people that work there too. They probably can't keep nobody there cause of her. Since you don't have to have an appointment to go there the doctors don't take there time looking over your animal they want to hurry up for the next person to come in. Also i had to wait a hour to get into see a doctor. I would not take your animals to hillcrest, unless you want to be treated like dirt and not have the proper care given to your animals. Oh that lady with the blonde hair get a life.
