I been going here for 4yrs...service is ok, the new lady is not friendly, so i decided to try ocean blue tanning...i CAN NOT tell you the difference i had...the place is cleaner, friendlier and i got tanned with my very 1st tan there...i see now that either the beds suck at Equator or they never changed their bulbs, either way im done with them and i still have about 60+ minutes left with them but ill let them expire cuz it wouldnt make a difference in the tan anyway!

I love the tanning beds; however, the ownder Dore is extremely rude. I am not the type of person to complain on anyone, but she was extremely unprofessional. I will never return there because she intentionally put me in a bed that was deemed 'down' just because she thought I was rude. Apparently, I was rude because I answered a question my mother asked when it was her place, not mine. Oops! So that's the reason I got stuck in a very cold bed with 4 bulbs out, no table, no chair, and it was considered 'down'. She has the attitude that 'I am a manager, I can do anything'. I will never tan there again. If you go there... just NEVER cut her off in a sentence! I was shocked to find out that the person I dealt with was manager and owner...
