Their customer service was terrible on my recent, first and last visit. Their shoes are high priced and cheaply made. Clearance prices are a joke. I took a pair of boots back with a receipt, the girl at the front asked if she could hold them while I shopped for something to exchange them for. Although it did take me an hour to find a comfortable pair, when I returned to the front counter, the man could not find my pair of boots or my big DSW bag they were in. The gal that had waited on me was gone, and another gal cashier "in the back" upon being asked about the boots, told my new cashier, "She didn't bring in any pair of boots... It didn't happen". I urged them to review their camera, and right then showed them they had in fact put them back on the shelf! They confirmed this is what had happened, but didn't know to apologize for their unprofessional treatment of me. I got my refund and didn't buy any new items. When I got home I found the exact SAME SHOE SAME PRICE ONLINE FREE SHIPPING. The staff obviously fails to realize the competition or understand that what a store should offer versus online shopping is—CUSTOMER SERVICE. A couple gals there didn’t seem to care if they have that job tomorrow. Why do I need this store?
