Billy & Kyle were very polite every day. They worked as clean as they could & made sure we weren't inconvenienced any more than had to be, during the remodel. Billy's communication was top notch! Every issue was covered with the original quote, no hidden charges! We even got credit for being under budget on the bath fixtures! Saved on out final payment =] And, the best part, they let us make the last payment on our credit card with PayPal. I got some "miles" out of the deal. Can't wait for our next project with B&M Services!

Met with Billy to discus repairing our old wood deck. After we talked & he showed me pictures on their Facebook page, we decided to replace the wood decking with cellular PVC (Azek) and the railings with Vinyl. By keeping the frame of our old deck, the cost was lower than I had guessed. During the install, they made a point to clean up the working area, every night. They made sure the yard stayed safe for out kids & the dog. Also, they didn't leave anything for use to have to clean-up when they were done. (Not used to that...) We are very pleased with the deck now & we love having dinner outside on the new clean, & beautiful deck! (Weather permitting) We hope to be calling B&M, soon, for our next project. (Jacuzzi Tub in the master bath!)
