Heidi the very best groomer dogs love her she is kind and caring.....and my dog oliver looks 100 bucks when I go to pick him up

when I went in the shop we were greeted with a smile,knows my pets name ,and this was only 2nd time in!I felt that she took wonderful care of my baby,and most of all...all my questions were answered with ease.Thank You A lot .......Toni C.

Just before Christmas I had our, wife's I should say, border collie down at the coast. I was charged with getting her groomed. Knowing how skittish our dog is and how incredibly important she is to my wife I did not look forward to the task. Rockaway Beach Oregon is not a hotbed to AKC activity. Hell it is not a hotbed of anything quite candidly. But I did run across "Pampered Pets" while looking online for a coastal groomer and the reviews were stellar. I took our dog into Heidi the new owner and crossed my fingers. What a wonderful experience! Very knowledgable about the proclivities of the border collie Heidi took an extra 30 minutes moving very slowly so as not to frighten our pet. This was deeply appreciated. Not to mention the finished product was show quality. Here now it is 2 weeks later and the grooming job still looks fresh. Though our home is 250 miles away from our beach house we agree no one else will groom our dog except Heidi and Pampered Pets going forward.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new owner! Heidi is professional and easy to work with. She is excellent at what she does and always so friendly. I'm taking my dog to her every time from now on. I'm hooked!

The new owner Heidi started grooming at Pampered Pets in Rockaway Beach as of 2013 She is an awesome groomer. I followed her from Warrenton and although itis a ways to drive it is worth it I love Heidi's work on my little Lucy She is very professional and you wont be dissapointed with her work!
