Don't order anything from them...

Don't order anything from them! I signed up for the herald in February, noticed after a couple of weeks that i haven't received any papers. So i call and no one can help me i have to call the circulation manager. I call and leave a message, no one returns my call. I call back 5 times and each time i am assured that i will have a paper that next day. Still did not receive any papers. Every time i call the manager it rings one time and goes to voice mail. She never returned any of my calls. I wanted a refund and they proceed to tell me that it will 2 weeks until i get my money back. I will never deal w this people again.
