I received a call to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time very polite men. They found the problem quickly and walked me through the steps they were going to take to fix my problem. They fixed the problem cleaned up the area..within two hours that includes them going to get a part they were done. This was a big project for them to fix. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I would use them again..

Although we had to reschedule several times because they were behind, they let me know in plenty of time.

The tech, Russel, was super friendly and helpful. He walked around and listened to the issues we were having and offered several different options to fix at different price points.

Sometimes companies get behind, but I still highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I have a brand new home in Indian Land and one day I flushed the toilet and it did not flush. We tried using a plunger but it did not work and soon found that water was leaking through to the bottom floor kitchen ceiling. We called Roto-Rooter in Rock Hill, SC and the service was EXCELLENT. The person who answered the phone was able to get a plumber to come to our home in 10 min!! The plumber who came to our home was Troy Smith. When he arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and so very courteous! He explained all the work that needed to be done and listened to our concerns (and put our minds at ease that he would only do work that was needed). Soon after removing the toilet and getting into the drains he found it was a stoppage and unblocked it. He knew we were VERY concerned about keeping our home in perfect condition and he fixed the stoppage and put the toilet back, cleaned the area to perfection and even caulked at our request. He did a PHENOMENAL job and was so respectful of our home. I have never had such a GREAT experience and I am so happy that we called Roto-Rooter. We will undoubtedly use their services again and refer them to our neighbors/family/friends. Thank you so much Troy for coming so quickly during our plumbing emergency and for doing an amazing job to quickly repair and put everything back to its original condition. We are so thankful for you!

We have an older home with galvanized pipe. Long story short, we had a huge drain pipe leak (on a Saturday) in the kitchen. Really! It's December and Christmas is near and the problem and the expense associated with it is not welcome.

The drain goes through the brick wall and down to crawl space to catch the drain. The plan was to not remove the existing galvanized pipe but cut it off and cap it then run a new line through the floor to catch the main, come up with a tee and vent off with a studer vent. Well, that did happen, but not until they replaced 65 feet of decayed galvanized pipe with pvc pipe. The existing drain was completely clogged with grease, grime and dirt... I saw the pictures. Nasty!

Before they did anything other than Plan A, they explained what they saw and stated they could clean the pipe which would would work for a while. Knowing the behavior of galvanized pipe from past experience, not replacing the pipe was a guarantee of future problems. Plan B was in play and in the end it cost close to twice the initial cost, but well worth it.

Russell and Tory listened to my concerns and answered my questions throughout the project. They were professional, upfront, and respectable of me and it was greatly appreciated. I will add that this is not the first time this business was used by us and it will not be the last time - I hope not for a while though. I also purchased their enzyme drain cleaner. Bottom line, I'm happy and would highly recommend this business.

I have had this Roto Rooter service my house on 3 separate occasions and have been extremely pleased each time. Troy did a fantastic job yesterday of assessing the drain pipe problem and presenting alternatives to me. Although the pricing is somewhat high, you definitely get what you pay for. I would rather know the job is done correct with a warranty. I can call this company anytime 24/7 and they will perform warranty work if need be.

Russell did a great job for us today repairing a leak. Polite, professional, courteous. I like that they bill off of a rate chart.

This company provides the best service and the best price for plumbing issues in the Rock Hill area. Professional and prompt!

I had a main line backup at 11:00pm on a Saturday night. Water was backing up everywhere possible and this wasn't good. I'm so thankful that Roto-Rooter saved the day. The plumber arrived shortly after my call. He was very professional, and he knew exactly what to do. Thanks for being available after hours.

To say the least, I was less that thrilled when I found water damage in my closet on a Saturday. Bobby from RotoRooter, however, came out the same day, within 2 hours, made the repair and all for a reasonable price with no weekend mark-up! Thanks RotoRooter!

Had leaking plumbing at well holding tank. Tank and plumbing had to be replaced. A quick response from the office and the technician. Great job. Highly recommended. Thanks.

i.e., A local favoritRoto-Rooter Plumbers 11/13/10 & 11/15/10 - Peter, our technician came out on a Saturday and explained our problem to us. He flushed the pipes and came back on 11/15/10 to replace a portion of the broken pipe. He took great care not to tear up our yard any more than it had to be. Peter was very pleasant to work with and fully explained the issues to us. We are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely call Roto-Rooter again with any problems.

These guys are the consumate Professionals. Had a stopped up main sewer line today. They told me they would be here, Came, Diagnosed the problem, Fixed it, and told me they will Follow up on a permanent solution. Great service, Great attitude, Great Help. on 7-16-10 roto-rooter sent out bill hovestadt to see why water was in my yard. he came out with in an hour and told me what i had to do. he offerd trenchless water line replacement. it was so cool to see them pull my old water out of the ground and put a new one in. great job will call agean

I was given a reasonable quote for a difficult problem. In the end the total was BELOW the quote. What company finishes a job and charges you LESS than they quoted.The guys that came out to our house switched our gas water heater to electric and relocated it. My old water heater was built into a closet and couldn't be removed. The Roto-rooter crew went above and beyond and got the old water heater out (only after a significant amount of work).Top notch guys, top notch work at very fair price. I couldn't reccomend them highly enough.
