Serviceman was professional. Explained situation to be thoroughly and what conditions were found. I have used their services before and have always been satisfied.

The gentlemen that showed up were friendly and professional. They stayed true to their quote (even when extra parts were required). They were also $1200 under the competitions quote. Finished the job in under 2 hours and my hot water was flowing again. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

They came out same day, very quick response time. The gentleman was very cordial and helpful. I was not impressed with their pricing as it seemed high to me and I could not find a coupon that they would honor. I still recommend them because they got the job done quickly.

This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter. I have never experienced the issues at my home that I have been having over the last couple of days. From the receptionist to the technician, everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. I watched the technician for a while and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to any of my friends.

I came home from work on yesterday to find that my upstairs bathroom had overflowed and leaked into my hall and we had standing water coming from our ceiling which then leaked into my kitchen and den. I had called another plumber who told me that they could not come until the first of next week and the other told me that they would call me in 5 minutes and I have yet to hear from them. So as I continued going through the yellow pages I came across Roto-Rooter and remembered that they have been around for many years and would be reputable, I called and the person on the other end told me that he would call me right back with someone and not only did I hear from someone within 5-10 minutes but the tech was actually on his way to my house. He came and saw all the water damage that I had and immediately called a disaster company to come out and help clean the water up. I appreciate you for coming and assiting my family and not letting us wait till the first of the week before my situation delt with.

I've been using them for years. Always smiling, always on time and always a great service - they wear those red slippers over their shoes to keep my house clean - they always give me great results - never had to call them back for the same problem, I recommend them with no hesitation.

Roro Rooter did a great job in fixing the leak that I had on my toilet. The person who came there was friendly, helpfull and speedy. He was able to take care of me when I had a problem.

The plumber arrived during the time that was said. He was competent and reliable. I would recommend them for further services.

They came out quickly. The service guy, Peter, was kind, friendly and very helpful. He answered all our questions and did the work thoroughly and in a timley manner. We were very pleased with his work and willingliness to take the time to fix our problem temporarly until they could come back and fix it permanently.

On time and very professionaal is all I can say! I called in to have a outside faucet installed and to have all the water lines in my home checked. The service tecbnician informed me that my main problem wasn't my water lines it was the washer and I really do appreciate him being honest! NExt time I have a plumbing issue I will most definitely call them again!

good service ,good response time but seem a little high

We called and left a message on Sunday, 1/24,2010 to report that we had a clogged kitchen drain. Roto-Rooter called back on Monday morning about 8:45 a.m. They said they were having a problem with their pager system and didn't get the message last night and that they could have someone at our home about 9:30 a.m. Someone called about 9:40 to say a plumber should arrive shortly. Peter assessed the situation quickly after I told him the problem and what we had tried. He ended up using a snake longer than the one we had used in order to reach the clog. He was done in about 45 minutes and solved the problem. He explained that the clog was most likely due to detergents and their highly greasy content. After unclogging the drain, he poured a bottle of solution in the drain and left one behind for future use on a monthly basis.

The response was quick and courteous. The cost was about a third of what I expected.
