Enrolled my daughter approximately three months ago. After dismissing negative vibes/undertones from the staff, I decided to cancel; no longer can I justify continuing to pay for a service while being treated with indifference.

As a **paying customer** I would expect some level of customer service and professionalism. Each time I entered that building, both my daughter and I were treated as if we were invisible; we were blatantly ignored while the staff chose to warmly and enthusiastically acknowledge the white parents and kids. The staff would continue their conversations with each other and other white parents/kids. Did I mention that I am a woman of color? Was my money somehow less valuable because my skin is a few shades darker? You REALLY need to get it together as a business or you will lose more of your customers. Thank God I have found a place where my daughter is welcomed with open arms, Good luck staying in business with this 1960's mindset - Do better! it's 2016!
