My kids prefer this over Red Bowl and prices are much better

i called new china to place a order at 5:15pm today i told the lady i wouldnt be able to pick it up til 6pm cause it takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to get to the location from my work she said "be ready in 10 to 15 minutes" i said "hold on" she hung up the phone..i called right back and explained again to her about the time situation i told her " if it only take 10 minutes to make please dont cook it til around 5:45 so it could be hot" she said "okay" and hung up well and when i got there to no surprise the food was almost cold when i picked it up... she was very rude when i told her about it she said "u didnt pick up for 30 minutes" she insisted... i tried explaining the conversation and my request again and she walked away didnt want to give me a refund on the food after my request and told her i didnt want cold food... so needless to say after a 12 hour shift me and my wife had to eat either cold or reheated chinese food... ewwww... i will never again eat from here very unprofessional and rude.....

This place has the best sesame chicken in town. The pork fried rice is also delicious. The service is very polite and quick. If we ever get Chinese. We always go to new china.
