rude, unprofessional! some units get worked on, at least one of them is owned by a HOA board member. our place is drowning in dog ...., the lawn care and landscape is a disaster, renters have trash all over the place, nothing is being done! what do they get paid for? and the HOA fee was increased to $168 a month!

DO NOT RENT from these people. They do not fix problems nor return phone calls. They are rude & could care less about you or any issues you may have.

Beware!!! Office is extremely rude and incompetent. They are my neighborhood's property management and when I call in with concerns they hang up on me repeatedly or transferred to voicemail. Very unprofessional and talks down to clients. Would not recommend and if your HOA forces you to have to deal with this company, I am sooo sorry, good luck.

When you call them all you get is voice mail. Good luck with getting them to call you back.
