CAUTION!! In order to secure my scheduled appointment time, they asked for a credit card including the security code. A few hours before the appointment, I received a phone call from a North Carolina number stating that there was not a technician in the area to complete the service that day, nor were they able to reschedule my appointment. I expressed my concerns especially since they had my credit card on file and I told them I would now be watching my credit card account very closely. It all seemed very shady!
