One clerk and a line out the door

This has been our po for 27 years. No problems;, always had good service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that once in a while (like today) I get a substitute carrier that is not dog friendly at all, even though I explain that my dog is very friendly and just wants a bone and a pat on the head. Most carriers bring bones and love my dog. It is difficult to explain to my dog that some just are afraid of dogs. In all these years I've only encountered two carriers that were afraid of my dog. They should know that Labs are the friendliest dogs ever, just loud barkers! I understand some have fears, but I also don't like my dog being threatened with mace especially when I am out their with my dog.
