I have never had a negative experience at this gym. I have come in at all different hours and have always had a pleasant experience. I really like this gym.

I have been going to different gyms in the Rochester area for 45 years and this one is by far the cleanest. Everyone that works here is always cleaning, day and night. Even the general manager is cleaning and walking around talking to members. This is not something you generally see at gyms! I also like that it is not full of meat heads like some other places. It is nice and relaxed here. And I only pay $20 a and I can bring anyone I want with me. Cannot beat it.

Last night my wallet had fallen out of my pocket onto the gym floor. The front desk staff, Assistant Manager Tim and General Manager Ryan, saw it and made sure to call me to tell me and then hold it at the front desk until I was able to pick it up. If they hadn't taken the initiative to do this, who knows if I would ever had been able to find it. This is just one case of how nice and personable the staff at Spunk is. I love the gym and I love the fact that it has protein bars. The peanut butter and jelly is addicting and I get one almost every day!

Very friendly staff. The facility is very clean and there is plenty of cardio equipment. This is the best gym, for me anyway, that IO have ever been a member of! Keep up the great work and thank you for all of the help and support.

The staff has answered a lot of questions that I have had about different machines, workout routines and supplements that I could take. When I was a member of a competitor gym, they hardly could even say hello when you came in the door. I really like this place a lot and am glad that I found it.

I work in the complex and Ryan, the manager, has welcomed me and my whole company to the gym. I really like it there a lot. It serves every need that I have and helps me to meet my goals. The only thing I would like to see added would be heavier dumbbells. Other than that the gym is great and Ryan and the rest of the staff do a really great job. It is nice to have a group of people that are so friendly and nice working there.

The place is great ! I like that they have suana's in the men's rooms. And its clean! Ive been to so many fitness centers in Rochester that are just dirty. And for $10 bucks a month,.. you just cant beat that.

I love this place. Never any issues and never had to wait for a machine. The staff is awesome as well. I will keep going here!

This business does NOT deserve even one star. Be careful when you join the gym. They told me there was no catch. Once, I signed up, they told me to pay an additional joining fee that was not mentioned in the conversation AT ALL.When I cancelled membership, I paid a cancellation fee. Two months after I received a letter from a collection agency that said that I had to pay additional charges; although, I had been promised by the employee that there would be not other charges whatsoever. Is it a lack of integrity or lack of proper training? I don't know. But I DON'T recommend this business.
