Great selection, great people and very reasonable prices. I think that they are awesome!

The staff here is great, not only do they have the best selection they also know everything about their products. Even for an aficionado like me its great to have someone who is so knowledgeable. They get everything done on time and go above and beyond for me all the time.

My family and I have always gone to Park Ave Bike Shop because of the customer service. They really focus on each individual unlike other stores. We love it!

I've been to a lot of bike shops in the Rochester area and I can honestly say that Park Ave. Bike is the best.
