Called Metro and spoke with Chuck. Chuck set a date/time and he showed up as promised. He figured out the issue and set a date to return after he researched the wiring schematics. Chuck returned on promised date and quickly fix the problem. Our experience with Metro was great and we will gladly recommend them to others!

I had an issue with my water heater and called Metro at 1:00 in the morning. Chuck called me back within 15 minutes. He explained what to do until the next day, but when I could not shut my water off he came over and took care of that and examined the problem. The next day he came an installed a new tank and found a hole in my pipe and took care of that also. He not only did a great job and cleaned up, but he is a wonderful young man and knows how to treat his customers. I will call him again and have and will continue to give recommendations to Metro Heating and Cooling! Thank you Chuck!!

Had Metro replace my furnace and AC. Very careful, punctual, and followed up with an issue with the AC unit. Would recommend highly.

chuck came to my house to look at my furnace problem. He said my only options were to have the whole unit (7 years old) replaced or spend close to a grand fixing it. turns out it was a $50 part to fix. Very dishonest and terrible customer service

Very dishonest. Technician came over to look at a fan that kept running and said the entire furnace needed to be replaced for a mere $2000. Called in a independent HVAC contractor to look at it the next day and all it was was $25 sensor. Metro also lied about the age of the furnace when asked. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unbelievable. Joe put in this system and last year he had to replace the freon twice. He worked really hard and then replaced the fan. Worked fi8ne the reat of the summer. But this week, I came home on last Friday and no cool air. I Have Called Every Day This Week And he Has not Even called ME BACK. I am calling the better business bureau and the Attorney General on Tuesday.
