Lovely place! Very convenient location, so even if you are not in the area, it is easy to get to off of 590 or 390. Lots of parking and making an appt is never a problem, they have really great hours! If you need a stylist to go to, I highly recommend Amieka! I haven been going to Amieka for years and I would not trust anyone else! She recently joined the team and Luxe and they are so lucky to have her! She is professional and just a wonderful stylist. If you want color, there is nobody else to go to! She is a master colorist! You can tell that she loves her craft, she is a true professional. She continues her education and has instructed as well. She is definitely the one to go to!

I had a wonderful facial with Therese Oaks. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The environment was lovely, quiet and peaceful. I intend to come back for another serivce in the near future.

I highly recommend Luxe Spa as your destination for salon and spa services! I had a relaxing facial and massage... and was offered a complimentary makeup application and complimentary shampoo/style afterwards! I've never had anything like that at any other salon or spa! In my opinion, it is much nicer than places like Del Monte, Woodcliff or Scott Miller.... It was so beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning to Luxe!

What an experience! I brought my mother to Luxe for her birthday to have a facial and massage. I was not going to get anything done but a young lady at the front desk said they had an opening for a pedicure and I am so happy she said something. It was extremely relaxing and even better, a stylist offered me a compliment wash and style afterward since I had time to kill. I am definitely returning!!

I've been going to Luxe Spa for years and love their spa services! They recently moved to a new bigger location and the new salon/spa looks great so I thought I would try their hair stylists. Bad idea. The girl who cut my hair made me wait over 45 minutes and the hair cut she gave me looked nothing like the picture I showed her. It wasn't a bad cut really, but it wasn't great and it most definitely was not worth the amount of money I spent on it. I don't mind paying for a good hair cut, but I could have gotten the same (or better) cut at a walk-in place that charges $15. I won't be returning for my hair care needs but will continue to use their spa services.

Just visited Luxe Spa a week ago and it was amazing. Their prices are reasonable and the girls were great! I'm also very excited about their move to their new location and the boutique sounds amazing!

I came to Luxe Spa to correct my hair color. I had previously gone to a known large salon that did nothing that I asked for and it turned out horrible. Thank goodness my friend told me about Luxe. The stylist was very kind and listened attentively to what I wanted. My hair turned out exactly how I pictured it and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be coming back to Luxe Spa not only for the quality of service but for the helpful and caring employees

After I had finally decided to get laser hair removal on a few areas I began to shop around Rochester to find out the best prices. After calling and visiting many different businesses that offered laser, Luxe Spa,was by far the best deal. After a free consultation with the owner of the spa, she broke down the prices to my specific needs.

I was extremely impressed by the service and ambiance that Luxe Spa provided. I was offered a beverage as soon as I checked in and was then taken to an area that was very relaxing and quiet. The Signature Facial itself was worth every penny, I was in complete euphoria. I will be making trips to Luxe for facials on a monthly basis.

Luxe Spa has carried over the excellent and committed service that began originally as The Face Place in Brighton. I began there many years ago and have continued with my services right up until today. Through the years many additional services have been added and now include a hair salon; a one stop shop, so to speak. Due to my busy life, I have standing appointments such as nails weekly, pedicure monthly and waxing in between. This had made my necessity to keep myself up very organized as I have the one night a week planned out for my relaxing spa care.Lastly and most important is the cleanliness and orderly fashion the spa is run; kudos to them!!!

I got a massage there by Crystal and it was spectacular. She is very good. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
