Outstanding service from start to follow up.......Jesse is a real pro knew exactly what battle plan to go with executed the plan and followed up 2 weeks later like he said he would......If i had to find a negative i couldn't......Great job thank you Jesse

I've worked with Exodus for over 3 years and they are continuing to slide down hill. One of their technicians gave bait stations to a customer to treat the property themselves, their exterminating efforts have been weak at best(only putting down a couple bait stations- literally taking 30 seconds and charging $100 plus, not being able to get rid of roaches from a vacant single family home for over 4 months, only scheduling 1 treatment for $200 etc), I have emailed contact information and who to contact and they have messed up multiple times, and bringing up issues to management/owners with them acknowledging they were wrong, but didn't take any corrective action. I hope they're able to rebound from their current state, but I suggest staying away from Exodus as of now.
