We took a treasured bike-wheel clock to the shop for repair. They called us with an estimate the next day - like they said they would. A new movement was installed and I was told exactly how much it would cost. It was ready as I requested - before a special party at our home. We then set up an appointment to have our grandfather clock serviced. The specialist was polite and efficient, checking the movements and the chimes while doing the maintenance. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the workmanship and politeness of the owner/employees.
