Provided by YP.comPoor follow through and ruined a suprise for my mother's 70th birthday by sending her a card saying "Happy Birthday" BEFORE her birth date. They promised not to send anything to the house until after her birthday and did just that. In their haste to ask if there was "anything else they could help with her jewelry needes" they completely took the surprise away. Not only will I not recommend Cornell's to others, they will also hear about this mistake. News travels fast.
