One of the drivers from this company hit my car when he ran a red light. I wouldn't feel comfortable riding with someone who would run a red light. They have been avoiding my calls on the issue and have refused to accept responsibility for the inconvenience they caused me and damage they caused to my car that resulted in a total loss. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They have failed to even show up for any of my roommate's scheduled pick ups even though he called days in advance. Making him late for medical appointments. Kys and close down please so someone else can open a good cab service.

If I could rate this company with a negative number, I would. The school used this company to transport my disabled child. I was suspecting that there was something not quite right so I put a gps tracker in my child's book bag. I found out that the driver was was driving to extra places and stopping and visiting with people with my child in the card. Then in order to make up for the lost time, the driver was speeding to the destination. When I confronted the owner with this, he denied it.

The driver was polite and accommodating, and the taxi itself was surprisingly clean and smelled really nice. They definitely put a lot of effort into making sure passengers are comfortable. I'll definitely be using this service again. It was actually cheaper than Lyft and Uber in my area as well.

I waited for a half an hour in freezing temperatures for a cab. When I called to complain I was told it would "arrive soon". In the time it took for the cab to arrive, I had already called another cab company and arrived at the airport (for a cheaper price I might add) and then and only then did the driver call to ask where I was. They were a total of about 45 minutes late. There was zero communication between myself and the company. I nearly missed my flight because of their poor service. I'm currently waiting on a refund.



There have been many complaints similar to mine that I unfortunately found too late.



DO NOT DEAL WITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

One of my worst experiences!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!



I call the night before to make a 6:30 am reservation for a ride to the airport. They take an advance payment and things are ok.



I'm sitting impatiently at 6:40 am and there isn't a single word I've heard about this "oh-so-great" cab service. I call them and get told "sorry, we're running behind schedule" (that's an excuse acceptable if you're 2-5 mins late, not 10! That too at 6:30 am). I let it slide since I don't want to ruin the start to my pretty busy work week.



6:50 am There is still no cab! Are you kidding me? I call the cab service again, "it'll be another minute". I'm a little ticked off, so I say "I have a flight to catch to I'm a bi..." The representative HUNG UP!



Apple Transportation, let me give you a 101 on customer service, never f#€kin' hang up on your customer!



I travel across the country for work (just this week; Chicago on Monday, San Francisco on Thursday, and Los Angeles on Saturday) I'm taking cabs ALL OVER, so I do know how cab service needs to be like.

do not use apple transportation. management treats their employees unfairly and show favoritism towards others. the new drivers that they have don't have a clue where they are going. I do not recommend using apple, they don't care about their clients or employees, they are getting to greedy with the money. a lot of the good drivers who have been there for years are gone thanks to management. thanks to apple, I have missed several appointments due to them being late picking me up. I have switched to another transportation company and I love it, no issues yet. apple doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating

Do not ever use Apple. I tried to take a taxi to a medical appointment, specifically to get an IV when I was sick and dehydrated. First, they could not find my location for about 2 hours. Every time I called they would say that the driver would be there in 15 minutes. I called back once and they admitted that he was lost and had no idea where to go, so I had to WALK SOMEWHERE ELSE that he could find. So, the place where I have to get an IV closes about 15 minutes after the taxi picks me up. I ask him if he can take me to another location, and he refused. He flat out said, "no" and offered no other options for me. He texted and talked to people on his phone the whole d=time that he was driving. He made me get out of the taxi after signing for my fee. Annoyed, I walk into the medical center and they say that I should probably go to the nearby one THAT I WANTED THE DRIVER TO TAKE ME TO. I decide not to annoy the nurses, and call Apple up to take me to the other address. The same taxi driver has to turn back around and pick me up again to take me to the place that I wanted. He drops me off there, comes in to go to the bathroom, and as I find out that they don't take my insurance, he asks if I'm okay. I say "Well, I have to go to the hospital now." and he says something like, "Well, good luck with that" and walks out.



They're unprofessional, uncaring, and have no sense of correct customer/service provider interaction. Please, never use this company. They do not deserve to be in business.

I am a father of children that...

I am a father of children that goes to their school using Apple Transportation and I am very satisfied with the professional service that the drivers have shown. If there was a problem, it is very easy to reach the supervisor (Ernie DiSalvo) and he would make it right immediately so I really have nothing bad to say about Apple. If I needed someone to transport my kids, I would trust Apple.

The drivers have been SO WONDE...

The drivers have been SO WONDERFUL transporting my children since the year 2008. Three of my children have always LOVED riding the Apple buses. The supervisor, Ernie, has always been wonderful in making sure all the children have been transported to and from school safely. All of the drivers tries their best to greet the children despite the communication differences. My children communicate using American Sign Language. That doesn't stop the drivers. My children are ALWAYS excited every time the bus comes, because they know, "IT'S TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL!" :) I strongly recommend that you use Apple Transportation!

I trusted them to transport my child. They lost the car for an hour ! They had no idea where my child was and they had no record that my child was even picked up !

We have responded to this comment several times, but our response becomes deleted: Why. Again,this comment was made in haste by the client. Her child was never lost, the driver was being followed by our GPS and given instructions to bring child to a new address. Again the child and driver's location were at all times monitored by our dispatchers and we where at all times communicating with driver and mother of the child. We have been transporting and are still transporting this child along with his sister without any issues. This comment is a misrepresentation on the quality of our service.
