I see a couple of great reviews. Well good for you. I have gotten the worst service connected with the East Side Post Office Box. They have problems with the boxes then act like I work for them. Laughing and giggling like a little school girl while they are costing me time and money. I know you are protected, but you don't deserve that job. Step down and allow someone with some problem solving skills to take over.

Wow! What an experience. This post office has the most hilarious, attentive, friendly, customer-oriented staff ever. Who knew going to the post office to mail off a tax payment could be so much fun?! If only they could clone these people and put them in the Portsmouth DMV.

I absolutely love the staff at the Rochester Post Office. They are always friendly, no matter how busy, or how rude the last person was to them. They even took the time to learn my name (and my son's name) and always offer him a treat. Definitely not your 'typical' postal employee mentality!
