Worst service I have seen in a long time at a motor sports facility. Brought 4 tires in to be mounted (1 I had done myself just needed air to set the bead) was charged 160. Complained because H and K quoted me 60 for all 4 and I had already mounted 1 myself. They lowered it to 30 a tire totaling 120. "owner sets the price there's nothing I can do" was what I was told. They said they had to heat my previously mounted tire to set the bead that's why I was charged $30 for that tire. After driving home I realized one of the tires had not been set on the bead so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Never revived an apology for my wasted time. Don't waste yours and go somewhere else!

I GIVE 1 STAR CAUSE I CAN'T GIVE LESS...BOUGHT A JACKET FOR MY HUSBAND HERE..THE FIRST TIME HE GOES TO WEAR IT THE ZIPPER BREAKS OFF..I BRING IT IN TO ROCHESTER MOTOR SPORTS AND THE WOMAN TELLS ME WELL THERE ARE NO MORE JACKETS MIMD YOU IT WAS ORDERED FROM A CATALOG.. AND SHE SAYS WHY CANT YOU GO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX IT!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE OR SPEND ONE DAMN DIME HERE!! AND WE HAVE LOTS OF TOYS..WHEELERS..SLEDS..DIRTBIKES..IT ALL!! I WILL DRIVE TO LACONIA TO HK BEFORE EVER STEPPING FOOT INTO RMS!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Great place to find just about anything. If it's not in the store, it probably can be ordered. The store prices are on the higher side. For example, a $6.99 oil gasket takes about 10 days to arrive. If you want the store to have it shipped 2 days, this will set you back an additional $45. and up. Nuts bolts, for the fairing things like this, I price checked about 20 pcs, over $199.00. What is up with the accounting Dept. in this place?
