went here to do some holiday shopping with my disabled mother. After checking out with staff that were rude and less than knowledgeable my mom asked for shirt boxes. The 5 staff members hanging out without a line said it is all the way at the back of the store and that she could go back and see if she could find some. I said she is disabled, using a walker and there is plenty of staff here that knows exactly where the boxes are but you want us to go find them. All staff looked at me blankly. I got the boxes all the way at the back of the store where at the service counter surprise it was closed and nobody was there. Went behind the counter and helped myself. I would never shop here again I hope JCP goes under. GO KOHLS

I just had a temporary job placement at this store.I have to say to was the bet 30 days of employment that I have had in a long time.The other associates are so nice and helpful.Especially to me because I had not had any retail experience before.Special thanks to Steve,the manager,Sue,Cindy,Jackie and Molly...I loved it and anyone that wants to work for a great,company.....go to J.C. Penny's.
