I wrote a scathing review of Rochester Slumberland back somewhere around 2014. It was concerning a purchase from 2009 which I was charged a restocking fee by another mgr. Only problem was that I never had delivered. I put this on Yelp - never heard of this site be-fore, but it made me feel better to express my frustration. I said I would never go intothat store again (and I hadn't) when out of the blue six months later I received a phone call from a new manager of Slumberland. He read my complaint and went into the recordsand wondered what he could do to make a wrong right. Long story short, I bought a liftrecliner in 2015, and he discounted the restocking charge off of the chair. He WAS veryfair, personable, etc. I am now looking for a console table and will definitely shop at Slumberland. I WILL continue to shop at Slumberland!

I worked with Ron the floor manager, and after making several changes to orders and cancelations, he was always very helpful and never complained or seemed like we were a bother to him even if the sale didn't go through. I would highly recommend to Rochester Slumberland.

Slumberland in Rochester has terrible customer service, they are indepentanly owned so they do not have to go by the Corporate Slumberland Standards. Everything needs to go through the Manager there, which he is not a good customer service person, very rude, I would not recommend purchasing item from this store.
