Our firm needed several professional portraits in a hurry. Portrait Innovations appeared to be able to meet our rights requirements and timeline, and the example photos on their website looked acceptable. The portraits we received, however, are muddy, out of focus, dark, grainy, and do not have the background we had discussed. We cannot use the photos, and we will not use Portrait Innovations, again.
