Do not recommend. Our HUD apartment complex recently has multiple apartments with bugs. Periodic inspections of apartments by Plunkett's did not catch them until residents were being bitten. Remediation was an ORDEAL. Total disruption of apartment with closet contents being strewn on floor, walls marred, furniture broken while doing heat treatment. Lack of willingness to work with residents allergic to pesticides. This apartment complex is for elderly, disabled and handicapped who do not have the energy and stamina to move furniture into middle of room, take everything off walls, etc. Not to mention the emotional stress. Residents were offered no help and were expected to do completely on their own. An outcry to the Public Health department forced management and Plunketts to come in and do a public meeting to appraise residents of what was happening as it was being kept "quiet".
