Use someone else!

Left us high and dry! Poor communication, not a very nice personality and he has a poor attitude. Don't understand why he didn't finish the job. We were always very professional and nice to him. My wife and are are nice people with professional jobs. Came out to look at our water heater and he ordered the part. One week later he says he doesn't want to do the job. Wow! Don't understand it. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and work with someone else!
