I have been a client of the owner's for more than 8 years and have followed her to this salon that she purchased. I have always had a great experience here. The staff is real, down-to-earth and not fake and that makes me feel comfortable...unlike many salons. I find the service to be excellent, so when I need to get an appointment they make it work FOR ME! Because after all, it is about "me" when you go to a salon isn't it?

The chance I have given it was bad. The pedicurists I have gotten were rough so I was squeamish, on-alert and not relaxed but watching what they were doing. Recently when I left one of my toes was sore for an hour or so afterward not good. And during the pedi, I said "ow" out loud a few times.The massage chairs do not always work. I will not put myself through this experience again.I've been spoiled by better (not more expensive or fancy either, just nicer) salons. I am not squeamish with pedicures, only here.I am sorry but I cannot think of one nice thing to say. If I do, I'll edit/update. Despite the rant, I do not like writing bad reviews but I am honest

I have been a client for 6 years and have thoroughly enjoyed every service I have received at the Beauty Gallery. I always look forward to going in there as it is not only a special treat due to getting manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing but also find it to be a very positive, friendly atmosphere. I have referred several clients to them and they have been happy as well. I have lived in numerous areas and tried several nail salons and this one by far is heads above the others. If I can not get into see my main person there are several others I feel comfortable having them do my nails. The staff is friendly, professional, flexible and knowledgable. They make me feel like I am part of the family and I would reccommend Beauty Gallery to any of my friends.

We came to Beauty Gallery with a bridal party, and we all were very pleased. They got us started right away with our mani, pedi, and brow wax. All of the staff was quite friendly and did a great job. I am now a regular customer and refer them to all of my friends.

The ladies at Beauty Gallery are always so warm and friendly. They do an excellant job with manicures and pedicures. I love the fact that I can walk in anytime, they always remember my name and I can get full service without an appointment.I would recommend this salon for all of your beauty needs.

The owner, P.N., is NOT skilled at permanent cosmetics. Despite paying $325 I trusted her that she has her certifications and experience. She caused permanent damage to my face and I had to spend over $1,000 to have her horrific work removed by lasers (6 treatments) that not only were extremely expensive and time consuming but painful. I then went to a certified and highly skilled permanent cosmetic artist in Edina to correct the last of the damage from her to my face. Stay far away from this salon for your safety, I hope that my anguish and long recovery treatment from her work and her hands saves anyone that reads this review.
