Let me start out by saying when I do a major project in my home, I really do my homework. I probably had 8 companies give me quotes on a sump pump and drain tile system. Liebenow wasn't the cheapest but fell somewhere in the middle. I picked him because he was the one who gave me a quote and was the guy that was actually doing the job. Nothing bugs me more when companies send out sales people who don't even do the work! In my opinion I also thought he had the best system to offer. Every other company told me they could do my basement in 2 days while Liebenow said he could do it in 5 days. This means that he actually takes his time to do the job right the first time. He also removed all my baseboards for me which I also appreciated.



I will also be the first to admit that I'm probably not the easiest customer to work with since I worry a lot. Liebenow was patient with me and had no problem answering all my questions before and after the job was completed.



I would recommend him to anyone. He was easy to work with, prompt and left my basement clean.
