Absolutely the worst travel experience of my life due to the incompentence of the Hertz Rental Car Agency in Rochester, MN. Do not - I repeat - I emphasize - ever rent a car through this agency. I am a seasoned traveler and I have seen alot, but this was very over the top.



The customer service at Hertz Rental Car is astoundingly rude. Without going into detail my weekend was ruined by the incompetence of this car rental agency. I took my complaints to the area manager as I could get nowhere with the counter clerk or the branch manager. Needless to say I was not compensated but a fraction of what this ridiculous situation cost me.



Even some of the folks on their national customer service line agreed that I was treated very poorly and yet they took my hard earned money for their ridiculous incompetence. What a joke. This problem is obviously on the corporate level and no company that treats customers like this will survive. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ RENTAL CAR. Mangement should be fired.
