Rated highly by choice this hotel has either changed management or they just plain got it wrong. Electrical outlet by the bed was broke so we had to replug light in and switch out with charger as we needed. Microwave was broken. The computer downstairs kept freezing and the printer was out of ink so I went to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They cut the breakfast pastries in half. We also returned back to the room at about 1pm and the room had not been cleaned and the girl had head phones on and was bopping to music in the hallway. To top it off staff were usually in the back room and not at the front desk and I would have to call for them. We actually cut our stay short.

Will never stay here again. Evening Manager/ night time clerk is an inappropriate person. Used derogatory language towards a handicapped customer. Called him the "r" word because he was special needs, was absolutely disgusted.

Ants in the bathroom.

Also a serves as a one night stand spot for the local twenty-somethings... beer cans and bottles litter the parking lot and even hallways on weekends.

Stay at your own risk, or try the Holiday Inn around the corner.

When my heat wasn't working in my apartment I booked a room here. From the outside and the lobby it looked fine so I was reassured. The room was clean but had some issues. The drain in the bathtub had no stopper. Kind of creepy with that hole just open. The bed was more like a cheap roadside motel. Repaired bedspead (little "patch"), pillows were pitiful (so small didn't even fill the space at the headboard). no TV listing, Only one outlet for my phone and the computer. I called the front desk when I started having internet connection issues and was told "it is working fine". No offer to help or figure out what the issue might be (didn't work all night but did come back on in the am). The breakfast (bagels, english muffins and cereal) was not so great. The muffins and bagels were NOT fresh. I went to the front desk to ask something. The receptionist (African american guy) was sitting in the lobby reading the paper. He YELLS across the room "What do you need." Not wanting to yell I started walking over. Then thought "heck with this" and left. All in all not worth the $110.00 for a nights sleep. Would not recommend it.
