Voicemail box always full. No call,no show for trash pick up several times. Now I'm paying for a service that isn't being received because I can't contact them for refund.

Ownership and billing address changed in 2014 to 8686 N Shore Dr, Bremen, IN. Very unreliable trash collection and poor customer service. They had mechanical problems with their truck and began skimming trash off the top of the dumpster instead of dumping it. After several months of this, we decided to switch service providers. It is nearly impossible to reach Sunset Waste Indiana by phone. Their voice mail box is almost always full and you can't leave messages. We wrote a letter asking them to remove the dumpster from our property and four months later, the dumpster has still not been removed and they have not responded to our requests. I would not recommend Sunset Waste Indiana under any circumstances! (Please note the address listed in the yellow pages as 6346 N 100 W in Rochester is for a previous owner who provided much better customer service).
